Michael Pickering is an Senior Associate Hydrogeologist with over 10 years of experience conducting site characterization, remedial investigations, and cleanup actions at contaminated sites for both private and government clients. He has managed a wide variety of hazardous waste and petroleum contaminated sites including marine terminals, airport-facilities, bulk terminals, petroleum pipeline releases, leaking underground storage tanks, dry cleaners, and wood pole treatment and storage yards. Typical projects have included subsurface investigations, monitoring well network design, contaminant fate and transport, risk assessments, feasibility studies, corrective action plans, and remedial treatment system operation.
