John Foxwell practices in the areas of commercial and industrial property due-diligence, Brownfields redevelopment, contaminated site assessment and remediation, and the environmental permitting aspects of development, energy, and transportation projects. His experience includes site investigation and remediation of petroleum releases, wood treatment facilities, rail and trucking facilities, former manufactured gas plants (MGP), chlorinated solvent releases, and abandoned mine lands. John has completed many successful projects where risk-based decision making is integrated into project planning and property redevelopment. John has completed numerous successful projects with oversight or regulatory interaction at the local, state, and federal level, many which also have a public outreach or community involvement aspect.
