Herb Clough, one of the founding Principals, is the lead engineer and a senior advisor on many of the firm’s investigation and remediation projects. His experience covers the full range of environmental projects including remedial investigation, feasibility study, remedial design, contractor selection, construction oversight, and remediation system operations, maintenance, and monitoring. Herb is or has served as the Program Manager or lead engineer for multiple long-term contracts with public sector agencies such as the Oregon Department of Transportation, the Port of Portland, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and the Portland District Corps of Engineers.
